If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms apply to subscriptions purchased from Remasterify.
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Application means the software program provided by the Company and downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Remasterify.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Remasterify.
- Goods refer to the subscription offered for sale through the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Application, the Website, or both.
- Websiteremasterify.com. refers to Remasterify, accessible at remasterify.com
Other Definitions
❝ You ❞ means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your subscription or order at any time.
Cancellations can be made directly from your Remasterify account settings on the website.
Once canceled, you will continue to have access to Remasterify Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You can cancel at any moment, and you’ll still be able to use all of the Remasterify Premium features for the remaining duration of your subscription.
- You could go to the subscription setting directly from our website and cancel your subscription. If you are using it on android or Ios, go to the app store or play store and update the subscription settings easily.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Fewer than three (3) downloads have been made from your account.
- The request is made directly through our platform or by email to support@remasterify.com
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- The refund process will be completed within 14 business days.
- After a single download, refund requests made through any third-party payment channel or dispute mechanism will automatically void eligibility for refunds from our platform.
- Please note that any processing fees charged by the payment platform are non-refundable.
